After being drafted 35th overall in the NLL Draft and competing professionally for four years, he shifted his focus to coaching, where he has excelled in developing top-tier lacrosse talent for the Raiders, Mustangs, and now TRUE. Banister has also made multiple Minto Cup appearances both as a head coach of the Jr A Raiders, and player, further shaping his coaching philosophy. His experience at the highest levels of box lacrosse, combined with his ability to mentor and develop young athletes, makes him a crucial leader in advancing our athletes success. Under his guidance, TRUE Calgary is poised for growth, with a focus on skill development, strategy, and a winning culture.
